The Casa Neos spiel
Approved script“Good evening, welcome to Casa Neos. My name is … and I will be taking care of you tonight. A little explanation about the concept: our motto is Kairos, coming from the Greek, being at the right place at the right time. Our inspiration is a Mediterranean cuisine inspired by the Mediterranean coast — you will find inspiration from Greece, Italy and the south of France. We offer a 2-hour coursed meze dining experience with dishes to share for the table. We have a free-flow kitchen — as soon as the food is ready, it will come to your table to guarantee the best consistency, temperature and quality of the dish.”
